Flect

A self-knowledge companion

Flect is an AI self-knowledge companion for a happier way of life, built for the US market, and I'm its founding designer. Instead of matching a symptom to a tool, it breaks a situation down into factors, offers hypotheses about what's really behind it, and lets the person choose what to work on.

The design problem was making a complex methodology feel simple. After a beta with 500+ users, I led a rework of the positioning, the core scenarios, how check-ins work and connect to the chat, and the onboarding that brings new users into the method. Public release is planned for November 2026.
