Ridesharing built around routine
Most is ridesharing for the daily commute, not for airport runs. It matches people who make the same trip at the same time every day, which is a different matching problem and a different trust problem.
I led the research, including twenty interviews, and designed the app through prototypes and MVP testing. The core question was how much one stranger needs to know about another before sharing a car five days a week. Too little and nobody books, too much and it stops being a commute and turns into a date. The product launched, reached 10,000 users, and the team raised $110,000 across two rounds.
