Procurement platform and document suite for a major developer

Samolet is one of the largest residential developers in the region. I designed S.Tender, its procurement platform, which is also sold as SaaS to other developers, plus the suite of document-management products around it.

Construction procurement is a process where one empty field costs weeks. The work was mostly about removing the ways a tender can quietly go wrong: what the form asks for and when, what the platform checks before it lets you submit, and what a supplier sees in the second they decide whether to bid at all. Completion of critical fields went from 72 to 92 percent, bids per confirmed participation from 69 to 81 percent, and the cycle from publication to award dropped from 21 days to 14.
