Procurement platform and document suite for a major developer

Samolet is the largest residential developer in the region. I designed S.Tender, its procurement platform, which is also sold as SaaS to other developers, plus the suite of document-management products around it.

Construction procurement is a process where one empty field costs weeks. The work was mostly about removing the ways a tender can quietly go wrong: what the form demands and at which moment, what the platform checks before it lets you submit, and what a supplier sees in the second they decide whether to bid at all. Bids submitted per confirmed participation went from 69 to 81 percent, and the cycle from publication to award dropped from 21 days to 14.

Самолёт — крупнейший девелопер региона. Я делал S.Tender, тендерную площадку, которая продаётся как SaaS в том числе другим девелоперам, плюс линейку продуктов документооборота вокруг неё.

Закупки в стройке — это процесс, где одно незаполненное поле стоит недель. Работа была в основном про то, чтобы убрать способы тихо испортить тендер: что форма требует и в какой момент, что площадка проверяет до отправки и что видит поставщик в ту секунду, когда решает, участвовать вообще или нет. Доля поданных КП от подтверждённых участий выросла с 69 до 81 процента, цикл от публикации до выбора сократился с 21 дня до 14.
